Had two big jobs I wanted to get done at my house with an addition and a porch at my grandmothers house. Never hired someone to do a construction job so I felt kind of lost but talked to Dan the owner and felt at ease with his communication through the whole process ended up doing my homework and gave me the fairest price of anyone so going with him was a no brainer! Could not recommend enough!

We couldn’t be happier with the work Dan and his crew did for us! From start to finish, everything was done with incredible attention to detail, professionalism, and care. They installed structural beams after we removed a couple of walls, installed new hardwood flooring, sanded and stained our existing floors, and tiled our new master bathroom. We are beyond happy with how everything turned out! Dan went above and beyond, even staying late to help get the structural beams installed. The tiling crew was incredibly efficient and did an amazing job. The flooring crew did an especially great job seamlessly blending our existing hardwood floors with the new flooring, and we are absolutely obsessed with the stain color! Everything was completed so quickly, and the quality of the work exceeded our expectations. We are so happy with our home and would absolutely recommend Dan to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and a team that truly cares about their work.

We used Dan for a couple significant projects at our home including a new addition (four season porch) and finishing the basement. He also assembled a pergola in our backyard for us. My wife and I have worked with Dan a few times now, and plan to continue to work with him for future home improvement projects. Most recently, we brought in Dan to help us revitalize an office space that had an aging carpet with pet damage and needed a fresh coat of paint. Our experience throughout this project was consistent with our previous project - redoing our master bathroom. Dan takes care to leave his working space neat - I cannot express how much we appreciate this. He communicates clearly when he will be there, and when his sub-contractors will be there. He follows up with them if there are issues. He provides thorough and fair estimates up front, and communicates clearly if there are any unforeseen complications. One of the small things Dan does for us that we really appreciate is that he's mindful of our pets. We ask contractors to come in through the side door because there's a 2 door barrier to prevent our indoor cats from getting scared and bolting. This can be an inconvenience for contractors, but Dan always makes it a priority to help us make sure we have them secured if the team needs full garage access, or has the team use the side door to prevent any issue. Lastly, I think Dan's work speaks for itself. If you're unsure - look through his portfolio - I all but guarantee he's taken on some project that is similiar to yours, and knocked it out of the park. That experience shows in the final product.

Wanted to vault the ceiling in my split level home. Dan came by that day, gave a quote, and had an architect draw up the plans. It was a good price, he got the job done quick, and left the place clean. Then he found me a picture window, framed it in, and installed it. These two renovations became the centerpoint of my house and what I like most about it. Couldn’t recommend enough.
